Based in Suffolk, England, we are a small family team headed by Margaret, Colin and daughter Abi (see picture, from left to right: Abi & Margaret). Since establishing the Essential Care brand as a trademark and mail order company in 2003, we have been on a mission to make the purest skincare on earth.

Odylique & Essential Care Terms of Delivery and Returns

Delivery & Returns


We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. During busy periods this may take us a bit longer. If you order before 10am, we'll process your order the same day.

UK parcels

UK Parcels are despatched via Royal Mail. Please note: 1st Class can take up to 5 working days. 2nd Class (or free delivery orders) can take up to 10 working days.

If order total is under £35:

1st Class - £3.95

2nd Class - £2.95

Courier (APC - requires signature on delivery) - £6.95

If order total is £35+:

1st Class - £1

2nd Class - Free Delivery

Courier (APC or Parcelforce - requires signature on delivery) - £6.95


International parcels 

International parcels are despatched using Royal Mail and the delivery costs vary according to destination. When you select your country from the drop-down list, and click 'Get a Quote' the postage costs will be displayed. 

Europe: £12 per parcel

Rest of World: £24 per parcel

We can despatch to most countries where we have no exclusive distribution partner. Please have a look at our overseas stockists page if you can't see your country on the drop-down list. 

Please note that our Customer Care and parcel despatch are closed on UK public holidays. 



You do have the Statutory Right to cancel your order. This right starts when you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel, please call us on +44 (0)1638 491022 or email info@odylique.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number.

If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please do this as soon as possible. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us unopened, in a saleable condition. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. We recommend that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery' and the original proof of posting is kept.

Under the Sale of Goods Act you still have your Statutory Right to a full refund beyond the 14 days if an item is incorrect, damaged on arrival or not fit for purpose, and in this case you would not be liable to pay the return postage (please see below).



In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective or not fit for purpose, please contact us on +44 (0)1638 491022 or email info@odylique.co.uk as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days. Within the 30 day period, the goods should be sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of standard delivery postage to you.
