Based in Suffolk, England, we are a small family team headed by Margaret, Colin and daughter Abi (see picture, from left to right: Abi & Margaret). Since establishing the Essential Care brand as a trademark and mail order company in 2003, we have been on a mission to make the purest skincare on earth.

Terms and Conditions

By using or placing an order on this Odylique website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


1) Definitions

Odylique is the trading name of Essential Care (Organics) Ltd, whose registered office is at Spinners, Lackford, Suffolk, IP28 6HW.

These terms apply to Odylique’s websites at odylique.co.uk and odylique.com.


2) Delivery of your order

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. During busy periods this may take a bit longer.

UK Parcel Delivery

UK parcels are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post unless 1st class post is requested and paid for at the time of ordering. We also offer a next day UK delivery option with Parcelforce or APC which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery costs are displayed here.

International Parcel Delivery

International parcels are despatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce and the delivery costs vary according to destination.

For orders to North America, please order on www.odylique.com.

We can deliver to most countries in the world, except where we have an exclusive distribution partner. Please see our stockists page for details.


3) Payment

We accept payment by major credit cards and Paypal.


4) If you want to cancel

You do have the Statutory Right to cancel your order. This right starts when you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel, please call us on +44 (0)1638 491022 or email info@odylique.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number.

If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please do this as soon as possible. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us unopened, in a saleable condition. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. We recommend that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery' and the original proof of posting is 

5) Damaged or incorrect goods 

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective or not fit for purpose, please contact us on +44 (0) 1638 491022 or email info@odylique.co.uk as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days. Within the 30-day period, the goods should be sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of standard delivery postage to you.
