Pure organic citrus aurantium bergamia fruit oil.
This beautiful bergaptene-free essential oil is cold-pressed from the bergamot fruit peel and has a refreshing citrus scent. Bergamot is uplifting and helps to relieve nervous anxiety and to promote a restful sleep. In aromatherapy it is also regarded as antiseptic and purifying for the skin.
Add 2-3 drops to a warm bath, massage blend, vapouriser or diffuser.
