Pure organic lavandula angustifolia essential oil.
Relaxing, healing, pain relieving and anti-inflammatory - an excellent all-round first aid remedy! Can be applied undiluted to burns, wounds, insect bites and spots. (While rare, if essential oil sensitivity is a concern, please patch-test before use.)
For relieving headaches, muscular aches and insomnia add 4 drops to a bath, tissue or vapouriser and inhale.
Otherwise, add 2-3 drops to a warm bath, massage blend, vapouriser or diffuser.
